Parents today are recognizing that school curricula alone does not make for the complete development of their children. Carleton University, in a study reported in Psychology Today, found that children who participate in martial arts have lower levels of anxiety, an increased sense of responsibility, a decrease in the willingness to take foolish risks, a higher sense of self esteem and higher levels of social intelligence.
We have a number of programs to offer even the busiest students. From our basic martial arts program for children, adult martial arts fitness programs, black belt programs and women’s self defense courses. We have a program for everyone in the family.
